What are the full terms and conditions of the offer?

To help you make the most of Black Friday & Cyber Monday, we're offering free Reviews on any Full Suite plan for your first twelve months with Stamped. You'll also get access to free migration and onboarding support. After the twelve months are up, you will be charged full price. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.

Who is eligible (or not eligible) for the offer?

This offer is available to any new or existing customer who starts a new Stamped Full Suite subscription between July 1st and September 30th, 2024. What's included in your migration and onboarding support?

During the migration process, our Customer Success team will assist with importing your existing Reviews and/or Loyalty programs, reformatting your data to match the Stamped database, setting up your existing integrations, and any other technical support you need.

During the onboarding process, our Customer Success team will assist with explaining and configuring your program settings, providing best practices according to your brand's industry and size, and offering experimentation consultation to help you iterate your programs once they go live.

I'm new to Reviews and/or Loyalty, how does it work?

Our Customer Success team is here to make sure you're getting the most out of Stamped. We support with planning, implementation, onboarding, and optimization. Our world-class technical support is available via email 24/7 for any questions.

I already have Reviews and/or Loyalty, can I import my data?

You can import existing customer, reviews, and loyalty data into Stamped to ensure continuity for your customers. All you need to do is download our CSV template (Reviews and Loyalty), add your customers’ information, and upload the file into Stamped. Our Customer Success team can also help you with this during the migration process.

What platforms do you support? What integrations do you offer?

We support various platforms, including Shopify & Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce. Stamped can also be added to any custom-built ecommerce platform. We also offer several integrations with all the tools you already use to create automation flows, send email and SMS campaigns, build landing pages, and more.
